The round nano cartridge is especially crafted to facilitate serum infusion, a process which employs tiny pyramidal tip filaments to gently separate the cells of the epidermis. I definitely would recommend 18 needle cartridges for the MS8. I noticed the effects instantly the next day. Relatively pain free, (I didn’t use numbing cream) but I followed the instructions given to me by Sandy and was really satisfied
