The titanium derma roller is one of the strongest derma rollers available on the market. It's needles are made from a titanium alloy so they are made to last and will ensure many months of skin needling.

The 0.3mm derma roller is most suitable for product absorption and use on sensitive skin and delicate areas. The 0.5mm or 0.75mm is suitable for anti-aging, light scarring and enlarged pores. The 1.00mm or 1.50mm is for specialist use, suitable for moderate to deep scarring & wrinkles of  the face or to stimulate the scalp hair growth. 2.00mm and 2.50mm are for the body only for treatment of stretch marks and scar tissue.

It's recommended that you use an approved serum with a microneedling device or derma-roller. It acts as a buffer between the needles and your skin, by increasing the absorption of the active ingredients and helping the roller in gliding smoothly over the skin resulting in a more comfortable experience and better results than with microneedling alone.

We recommend the following frequency of use for the various roller sizes:

0.3mm rollers can be used 1-2 times weekly, 0.5mm rollers can be used once weekly, 0.75mm and 1.00mm rollers once every 4 weeks, and 1.50mm, 2.00mm or 2.50mm rollers once every 6 weeks.

How To Use

On clean skin add one to two layers of your favourite serums to your face. Gently roll over your skin vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, rolling up and down over each area for up to 6 times. After finishing, pair with Mesoheal Post Dermal Needling Mask for the ultimate in aftercare. After using, disinfect your derma roller by soaking the roller in 70 percent isopropyl alcohol for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Run hot water over the roller after soaking to ensure removal of any residual chemicals. Allow to air dry and store it in its plastic case. Also, be sure to replace your derma roller at least once every 4-6 months, if you’re using it several times a month.

Great for beginners

I've never used derma roller before. Great customer service before purchasing answered all my questions. I've purchased the .3 and .5 and taking it slow. Skin looks brighter and very little discomfort. I used the chlorhexidine skin prep pads so no infections! Will be repurchasing. Thanks

Love it!

So easy to use at home, results are immediate with the skin looking plump and glowing just days after use. 11s Lines between my forehead decreased too. I live an hour drive from a micro needling salon so this is just super convenient- DIY for the win! Photo taken 2 days after second treatment.

Excellent Product

Very pleased with this dermal roller. It has the amount of needles recommended for home use. It is easy to use and easy to sanitise. I have been using it every two weeks and will continue with that regime as it suits my skin.
