The formula works by aggressively blocking tyrosinase enzyme activity — the key driver of melanin production — to reduce existing pigmentation and prevent further discolouration. With consistent use, dull, uneven skin gives way to a smoother, more radiant complexion.

The microchannels created by needling dramatically increase skin permeability, allowing the encapsulated Arbutin and Liquorice extract to penetrate deeply and work at the dermal level. Any remaining serum can be used as a daily serum to support barrier recovery while actively preventing discolouration. Perform once a week for a course of 4 weeks, then repeat every two months for maintenance. Post-Treatment Care: Avoid additional active ingredients (vitamin C, retinol, acids) for 48 hours after microneedling. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily during the healing phase.

How To Use

Dermaheal SB & Dermaheal HSR

Using Dermaheal SB and Dermaheal HSR together with a microneedle roller delivers much better results than using either serum alone. SB is too watery, while HSR is too thick. Mixing the two creates a better consistency.

First time using this solution, I found it very watery and not a great glide for microneedling

We understand that for microneedling, a thicker solution is preferred. Have you tried our Skinbay Hyaluronic acid serum? It is a thick serum specifically designed for microneedling and can be mixed with the Dermaheal for better application.
